I can’t speak highly enough of this medical centre. I needed to get a tetanus shot & not only did I get that but also a prescription for antibiotics. Also the staff were very helpful & friendly.

This was my first time visiting Healthsmart Medical Centre. It was during the later stages of the afternoon and there was a few people there already. I imagined I might need to wait a while. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, along with being informative, and she cautioned me that due to there being just the one doctor, a waiting time may occur. I appreciated that! So, notwithstanding this cautionary advice, I was seen by the nurse quite quickly… my immediate impression was how professional! she spoke with the doctor and I had a short conversation, then the doctor very kindly said she would slot me in very soon, after she finished with her current patient. Like, wow! this is awesome service. So, yes… I am very impressed with this medical service and the team that is working there. By the way, they have an in-house pathology clinic! perfect for me!

There was a short wait and the doctor was caring, patient and knowledgeable. The medical centre is clean and well planned. Very satisfied. This medical centre is always available when needed like on public holidays and after hours.

I’ve been going here for years. Convenient spot at the shops. If well enough can do shopping while waiting to see the Dr. The wait times can be a bit frustrating but that’s everywhere at the Drs these days and especially coming into winter.

Taryn was so helpful. Went above and beyond. Came to seek me out to update me on my prescription and accessing this when i could not. Very thorough with attention to detail. Polite kind. Engaging and warm. Wonderful to have A young person and staff member in the busyness of hospital pharmacy be so calm polite engaging and going beyond thank you
